Nope! We don't charge an onboarding fee. Our framework is designed so that the insights and set up are part of the process. It's not something additional we add on once you've signed up.
For our Strategy and Execution packages, we recommend a minimum of 6 months, which is typically how long it takes to see serious, reliable pipeline growth in a B2B market. However, we work on rolling monthly agreements with a notice period. No long-term lock-ins, just a focus on delivering value so you want to stay.
The Insights package is a one off purchase, and takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Strategy and Execution are ongoing, as they're focused on continuous improvement and growth.
No, media spend is separate and goes directly to the platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Meta). Our fees over our service only.
It depends on the package you select. If we don't help with implementation, it will depend on your team's speed of delivery. If we deliver the execution for you, once your website messaging has been updated, channels like Paid Media will see improvements within 1 month, whereas other channels (like SEO and serch visibility) build over 3-6 months. We'll set clear expectations from the start.
