Arek leads on client strategy, onboarding and the bigger-picture direction of each account. Before co-founding alumi, he owned his own agency and also worked as a Marketing Manager, giving him experience on both the agency and in-house side. He’s focused on helping clients make smarter marketing decisions, connect activity back to commercial goals and build plans that work in practice, not just on paper.
Beth leads the day-to-day running of alumi, keeping the business, team and delivery side working smoothly behind the scenes. With an agency background, she combines operational oversight with hands-on technical and implementation work, helping turn strategy into something structured, clear and actually deliverable. She’s particularly focused on making sure good ideas don’t get lost between planning and execution.
